HALO Space, a pioneering space tourism company, announced its sixth test flight in Saudi Arabia this June (2024), featuring the first integrated test of all technologies in its emission-free helium balloon-powered spacecraft. Aimed at making space travel safe, accessible, and affordable, HALO Space plans to launch commercial flights by 2026, with tickets starting at US$164k. The company's unique approach offers a gentle ascent to 35 km altitude, avoiding heavy G-forces and making space travel possible for a broader audience. We see space tourism as a growing sector which will also boost helium demand in the coming years.
