Grand Gulf Energy has raised A$11 million, which was upsized from the minimum A$8 million, following strong support from domestic and international institutions. The company will use the proceeds for multiple helium exploration wells (beginning with 2 wells, costing US$3.3 million each) and further help in strategic acquisitions/opportunities. Grand Gulf's 1st well is expected to spud in late April 2022.
