Global Helium Advances Take-Private Acquisition Plan

Global Helium confirmed that materials for its 16 October 2025 shareholder meeting have been distributed for a vote on the proposed plan of arrangement under which 2679158 Alberta Ltd (the CEO’s company) will acquire all outstanding Global Helium securities.
