The €55mm pan-European Genesis project, co-funded by the Chips Joint Undertaking (an initiative to bolster Europe's semiconductor industry) and led by CEA-Leti (a French electronics and IT research institute), aims to revolutionise semiconductor manufacturing with a strong focus on sustainability, including the strategic use and conservation of helium.
