First Helium Raises C$2mm in Private Placement

First Helium has raised C$2mm through a private placement of 10mm Units. Each Unit will be issued at a price of C$0.20/sh and consist of one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant at C$0.30/sh. First Helium will use the net proceeds from the placement for activity on its portfolio of projects, working capital and general corporate purposes.
