First Helium Commences Trading on the TSX Venture Exchange

First Helium Inc., "HELI” a helium exploration company with access to significant development opportunities across western Canada, announced that its common shares have commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange. The issue was oversubscribed for aggregate gross proceeds of C$12 million.
