First Helium Acquires Infrastructure at Worsley

First Helium has acquired 6 km of a natural gas gathering pipeline along the Worsley trend. This acquisition expands the capacity of the infrastructure of the existing property to include an additional 2,112 acres (net) of land and four wells, one of which is being evaluated for re-activation for possible natural gas production.
