EU Imports fell ~12%m/m in both Sept and Oct '22

EU helium imports have fallen once again, to a level of 68mmcf in October '22. In July'22, imports had decreased to an all time low of 50mmcf, which soon recovered in August '22. However, this recovery seems to have been short lived as we have seen drop in volumes both in Sep'22 and again in Oct'22 by ~12% each month.
