DME Appoints Michael O’Shea as Independent Director

Desert Mountain Energy (DME) announced the appointment of Michael O’Shea to its Board of Directors, where he will serve as an independent director and head of the audit committee with an expectation to boost DME’s corporate governance. O’Shea is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in senior audit and management roles. DME shares continue to slide and are down >85% year to date after delays and then abandoning its flagship project at McCauley.
