Desert Mountain Increases Private Placement to C$7.5 mm

Desert Mountain Energy is increasing its previously announced private placement by 50% to C$7.5mm due to increased demand. The Company will now offer up to 2.5 mm units at CAD $3.00 per Unit. The offer size can still be increased by a further 10%.
