China saw a large increase in in Nov'22 helium imports, rising to 74 mmcf, +64% from Oct'22 (+7% y/y). If we closely look at the Chinese data, imports from Qatar have risen by 82% m/m to 68mmcf, which could be due to phasing of cargoes with some impact potentially of the harsher lockdowns seen towards the end of last year. However, this is still the third highest quantity imported by China in the last 5 years.
