Change in Senior Leadership Team for Renergen

Renergen has completed its transformation from an exploration to a production company and has restructured its senior leadership team accordingly. Alex Pickard, Francois Olivier, and Bane Maleke have stepped down/retired from their roles as non-executive directors. Thembisa Skweyiya and Dumisa Hlatshwayo have been appointed as independent non-executive directors. The Board of Directors and executive team thank Alex, Francois, and Bane for their guidance and welcome Thembisa and Dumisa to the team.
