Blue Star Helium (50%), Vecta Oil and Gas (25%) and Prospero Oil and Gas (25%) have agreed to jointly develop leases in Las Animas County, Colorado, which includes the company’s Serenity prospect. Vecta and Prospero are to contribute 10,212 net acres and Blue Star is to contribute 4,334 net acres into the AMI totaling 14,551 net acres. Blue Star estimated that the first well will be drilled in Q2'22. Vecta is going to be the operator of the joint activities in the AMI.
