Blue Star Appoints Gregg Peters as Non-Executive Director

Blue Star Helium appointed Mr. Gregg Peters as a non-executive director, who brings 30 years of industrial gas sector experience. Currently, he is COO for the Edelgas Group and Managing Director of Disruptive Resources, LLC. Previously, he was Helium Director, North America for Linde (Praxair), where he managed all aspects of commercial helium operations, including price strategy, contracting, and client portfolios. He has been granted 9 mm share options at A$0.028/sh, vesting equally over three years.
