Avanti Helium Closes C$6.3mm Share Sale

Avanti Helium has successful closed its offering of units of the Company at C$0.70/unit, for gross proceeds of ~C$6.3mm. Each unit consists of one common share and 0.5 common share purchase warrant at C$1/sh, with a total of 9mm units sold. The net proceeds from the Offering will be mainly used to fund development of the Greater Knappen Property.
