Alder Midstream acquires IACX Energy from Haddington Ventures

Glenfarne Group’s midstream infrastructure affiliate Alder Midstream has acquired natural gas gathering and processing business IACX Energy from funds managed by US-based private equity firm Haddington Ventures.
