Air Liquide helium agreement with Semi Manufacturer in Arizona

Air Liquide has announced a long term agreement to supply ultra high purity hydrogen, helium, and carbon dioxide to one of the world’s largest semiconductor manufacturers. Based on the recent announcements by Intel who has a manufacturing unit in Arizona, we believe that this supply agreement may be between Air Liquide and Intel. Linde has signed a similar agreement to supply Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company in Arizona.
