Hosted by Gas Ecosphere, the 7th International Industrial Gases Conference 2022 and the Specialty Gases Supply Chain Conference was held in Chengdu, China from November 2 to 4. More than 350 delegates attended the conference. The conference includes four topics: electronic specialty gases, noble gases, isotope gases and semiconductor precursors. Noble gases were the subject of much attention in this conference.
