BLM Cliffside Pipeline Pressure has Dropped Sharply in Jan'23

The US BLM production has been flaky over the last month. Since 26th Dec'22, there had been drops (most likely due to unplanned outages), but that continued in the second and third week of Jan'23 as well.

Pipeline pressure dropped from ~1,250 psia to ~700 psia. There has been a slight increase over the last few days, but we will be tracking this closely to understand if this was just an unplanned outage or a decreasing trend. The current pressure implies that the offtakers will be under allocation.
